Apply in small amounts - a little goes a long way! A melted appearance upon application is normal; rub in until absorbed. Store in a cool, dry place.

*Best used at the end of the day, as magnesium oil promotes relaxation and sleep. If you are pregnant/postpartum and are applyting lotion multiple times a day, the Nourish lotion may be a good option for multi-application throughout the day.
