Doulas are for every family, & every type of birth. Serving Birmingham, Alabama and the surrounding areas, I'd love to walk alongside you and help you prepare for your pregnancy, birth, & postpartum journey.

GOLD PACKAGE

$1,700

*This is an all-inclusive support option from pregnancy, during birth, and through 6 weeks postpartum.

  • Two, in-person prenatal visits (1.5 hours each)

  1. Review intake forms & discuss introductory resources for pregnancy & birth prep

  2. Instruction on body balancing, breathing, & mindfulness techniques

  • One, in-person Partner Support Class (2 hours)​

  1. Discuss phases of labor & what to do during each​

  2. Practice comfort measures for every type of birth

  3. Review tools for labor, advocacy, & postpartum support

  • One in-person (or virtual) postpartum visit (1 hour)

  • Exploration of birth goals & birth preferences 

  • Digital guides with live links for body balancing, mindfulness, childbirth education, & partner support

  • Labor items / hospital bag checklist

  • Postpartum planning worksheet

  • Access to up-to-date research

  • Up to 4 weeks of on-call time (typically 38-42 weeks)

  • Extensive referral resources

*For clients planning a cesarean birth & wanting to have a more comfortable and gentle pregnancy, birth, & recovery

  2. Discuss birth & infant care preferences, last weeks prep, & postpartum plan
